By signing this agreement, you are enrolling in the Stoke Juice consignment wholesale program. The wholesale agreement is as follows:

As a retailer of Stoke Juice, you will sell all juice for $10.00 plus a $2.00 bottle deposit to the customer, offer customers a $2 discount off their next purchase for each empty bottle returned, while ensuring that all juice is stored in a cooler maintained at 32°F - 42°F. Stoke Juice will provide free delivery, manage order quantities, and credit any unsold products as well as empty bottles each week. However, if the retailer sells the juice for more than the agreed-upon pricing structure, stores the juice incorrectly, or returns juice that was damaged under their supervision, Stoke Juice will not be able to guarantee the credit for unsold products.
