Stoke Juice end users provide explicit, written opt-in through an SMS or a webform. Upon initial contact, a sales representative sends an email or text message containing a link to the opt-in webform. The webform displays the following message: 'By clicking 'Opt-In', you agree to receive marketing text messages from Stoke Juice. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. The frequency of these messages will be one per week. A double opt-in process is implemented where users receive a confirmation text asking them to reply 'YES' to finalize their subscription. Detailed records of consent, including timestamps and user identifiers, are maintained and can be accessed by third-party reviewers for verification.
